Comment:  I second [other poster]'s comment. I'm sorry this happened to you and suppose there will always be a situation that doesn't work out, but we've used Brooklyn Valet for almost a decade and have never had a problem.

Comment:  I am sorry to hear that - we have been customers of theirs for 10 years too - even when we moved out of the neighborhood! We have always found them to be incredibly friendly (they know exactly who I am whenever I call and give fair prices) and accommodating (doing alterations last minute and redoing a few shirts over the years). I actually recommended them so much that they are the “go to” cleaner for my building. I definitely understand feeling frustrated but I hate to see a business that has stood the test of time in this neighborhood to be negatively reviewed, especially when PSP is supposed to support the local businesses.

Comment:  Brooklyn Valet on 7th between Union & Berkeley ruined a Tory Burch Sweater and won't claim responsibility. The owner, Mr. Im said I could take him to court to get a new sweater.This was all after giving Brooklyn Valet time to try to fix the buttons and a week's worth of correspondence with Tory Burch to get replacement buttons (of course not my responsibility but trying to make it fair and cost effective), which they were unable to provide.This situation makes me sad since we've been loyal customers for 10 years. Needless to say we will be going some where new from now on.
