    PROnatal Fitness offers group fitness classes and in-home personal training exclusively focused on expecting and new moms.  Join us for the PROnatal Stroller Workout in Prospect Park!  This 1 hour, total body workout incorporates cardio conditioning, strength training, and proper core rehabilitation. The class format alternates between drills pushing the stroller, and those with the stroller parked. The workout is highly modifiable for all fitness levels and stages of motherhood (as well as pregnancy!).  Or, choose to have one of our experts come directly to you with our in-home personal training
