    PROnatal Fitness offers group fitness classes and in-home personal training exclusively focused on expecting and new moms.  Join us for the PROnatal Stroller Workout in Prospect Park!  This 1 hour, total body workout incorporates cardio conditioning, strength training, and proper core rehabilitation. The class format alternates between drills pushing the stroller, and those with the stroller parked. The workout is highly modifiable for all fitness levels and stages of motherhood (as well as pregnancy!).  Or, choose to have one of our experts come directly to you with our in-home personal training

    Comment:  I had a fast push session for my baby to come into the world and I’m convinced it was because of the specific exercises from PROnatal. I’m also using their post partum online workout program to rebuild my pelvic floor and I love how it eases you into it very gently. Well priced and well worth it!

    Comment:  Jamie Jones From Pronatal fitness is spectacular. I worked with her from month 3 of my pregnancy and now in week 4 of postpartum.She does private sessions and comes to your home and also hosts group classes in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Reasonable prices.She has has two kids of her own, a baby and a toddler— so she gets it!Jamie is FABULOUS and saved me and my body from labor and postpartum pains.Jamie.Jones@pronatalfitness.com
