Comment:  UPK program. We have had nothing but positive experiences with staff. Teacher helped with a difficult transition in the beginning of the year and has shown innovative thinking and great communication. Lots of learning goes on, but great emphasis on social interactions. About the facility: Has outdoor space, Has afterschool options, Has early morning hours, Provides meals.

Comment:  It’s part of UPK in our zoned elementary school. The kids have two adults in the room and get lots of specialized classes, too: Spanish, gym, art, dance, music. Field trips, caring teachers and staff. Very happy there. About the facility: Has outdoor space, Has afterschool options, Provides meals.

Comment:  I love going to a neighborhood school with our neighbors. It makes our part of the city feel like a small town. I like the small feel of this school (3 PreK classes). The parent body is very involved and cares about what is going on at the school. I also like the big events the PTA has put on. The PreK students get specials like PE, Spanish, and Science. We love my son’s teacher. She is so organized, knowledgeable, and theatrical. I recently went on a field trip and saw how good she was in person. I like that my son will be able to continue and this school for elementary school. About the facility: Has outdoor space, Has afterschool options, Has early morning hours, Provides meals What would you change? Stairs coming in and out of the building are hard with a younger sibling at drop off/pick up. Once you make friends, you could take turns going in and leaving the strollers outside.

Comment:  Review: We love the school/program. My son has made so many friends and learned so much- songs, Spanish, music, games. He loves the school too, especially that they have a wide range of activities for him and great facilities. The PTA is so committed and has sponsored so many events- movie night under the stars, pizza nights, book fairs, marathon festival, etc. I also love the size, not so large and intimidating, especially for someone going to school for the first time.About the facility: Has outdoor space, Has afterschool options, Has early morning hours, Provides mealsWhat would you change about the program, if anything, and why? Comment:  Review: Incredible head teacher -- high energy, creative, organized, nurturing. Great assistant teachers -- involved, caring. Great communication. Large class size (20 kids) but teachers are pros. Music, art, PE, dance, Spanish specials.About the facility: Has outdoor space, Has afterschool optionsWhat would you change about the program, if anything, and why? I'd make pre-k half day instead of full day.Review submitted via the PSP 2016 PreK Survey

Comment:  Review: The school is really intimate and I felt every staff member was engaged and invested in knowing your child. My daughter loved her teacher and her classmatesAbout the facility: Has outdoor space, Has afterschool options, Has early morning hours, Provides mealsWhat would you change about the program, if anything, and why? We were happy overall. The day of applications was a little messy but the principal was personally there trying to ensure everything moved along and correctly.Review submitted via the PSP 2016 PreK Survey
