LLS is a French center and French immersion preschool. Since 2006 we have been leaders in progressive language education centered in arts integration, imagination, child-driven projects, and play-based learning. Classes are activity-based, full language immersion classes that will engage students in a circle of interesting and age-appropriate activities and experiments. Instruction is experiential and hands on with a focus on children’s individual needs and interests. We help children to recognize and do their personal best to grow as happy learners.

At LLS children are encouraged to speak French through captivating workshops designed to both educate and entertain. All of our classes are designed to allow children’s hands, minds and emotions to be active in a safe and supportive environment. At LLS, it is our goal to help lay a foundation for the long term appreciation of learning a foreign language.

Comment:  My daughter (7) is attending http://www.thelanguageandlaughterstudio.com/ and she is very happy. The teacher, Serena, is great. They organize Italian classes in the morning for little kids and other two Italian classes in the afternoon for the older kids (from 4 to 10 years old). You can find the info in the website.

Comment:  Amazing arts focused camp in french that changes curriculum each week. My daughter went for one week when the theme was wizards and science. Everyday the room was set up with different science experiments and arts stations. She attended 9-noon, but there is a later pick up option too.If you could change anything, what would it be? nothingAge of child: 3Based on a Summer 2017 experience

Comment:  I highly recommend Laughter and Language Studio in cobble hill and Muriel's World (classes in cobble hill and Brooklyn heights) for french classes. My son loved these classes when he was a toddler. The teachers are fantastic and worth the trip from the slope.
