Comment:  Review Date: April 2012 REVIEW: Lara Thompson teaches prenatal and postnatal yoga at Bend and Bloom and Kula yoga (she also has a private studio in the area). Her classes are a wonderful oasis for women in the pregnancy and postpartum period. Her calm energy, gentle wit and deep knowledge of anatomy, in particular of the pelvic floor, make her an incredible support and help on both sides of the birth process. I took both her prenatal and postnatal classes this year, and each class made me a happier mama to be and mama. She takes a personal interest in her students and their babies, and she was a huge part of making my transition to motherhood a positive one.

Comment:  Review Date: April 2012 REVIEW: Kula Yoga had wonderful pre-natal classes, especially with Cait Morth. Despite never having a child, Cait is wonderful. Her class is a REAL vinyasa class, just with adjustments for mamas-to-be. You leave feeling rejuvinated and refreshed. I did this class until the week I delivered. However, the studio is up 4 flights of stairs, which gets tougher and tougher the more pregnant you are!INSURANCE ISSUES: no
