Comment:  I've gone to Premier Care on two occasions and the service was excellent. I would recommend filling out all the paperwork online via ZocDoc if you can – will save you a lot of time there.(July 2014)

Comment:  Check hours, don't think it's 24 hrs but it's great, better than Methodist and takes all insurance.(July 2014)

Subject:  PSA: $20 flu shots at Premier Care on Fifth Avenue
Comment:  If anyone's looking for flu shots, you can get one at the Premier Care clinic (Fifth Avenue between 7th & 8th Streets) for $20. They have them for people at least four years old. That's the least expensive walk-in source I've found so thought I'd share.Just walk in, no appointments.(October 2013)

Comment:  I wanted to say thank you for previous posts about Premier care walk in urgent care. ( It is like an ER that close at 9pm on weekdays) I got to experience it tonight! My daughter got really sick and in pain in late afternoon and waiting till tomorrow morning to see a doctor made me very worried. So as I was considering the ER I remembered your posts! So it was around 8pm when I took her there. The service was very good and it wasn't crowed at all ( but that I guess was lucky) + a couple blocks away there is a 24hr pharmacy. At the end my daughter is much better and sleeping finally peacefully, I am less worried and hopefully we should all get some sleep tonight. This is a great option to get urgent care and after pediatrician office hours. And they take many insurances and have adult and pediatric care: http://premiercaredoc.com/So thank you PSP community for the tip,

Comment:  There's a new walk-in clinic on 5th Ave around 8th St called Premier Care. I tried them a few weeks ago and liked them.

Comment:  Premier Care is open 9 am to 9 pm on weekdays and 9 am to 5 pm on weekends. We had an excellent experience there last week when I had such a good parking spot that I didn't want to give it up for a drive to the pediatrician's office (Park Slope life!) Waited less than 10 minutes, excellent treatment and communication, and only our regular insurance copay. They called a couple days later to make sure the patient had recovered.I recommend them without reservation.September 2012

Comment:  Yay! We finally have an urgent care right here in Park Slope. I went there a few days ago with my son for a strange rash. The doctors and front desk staff were friendly and good with my son.

Comment:  I just wanted to share that our good friend, Dr. David Kim of Premier Care, has recently opened their Park Slope location on Fifth Avenue (bet. 7th and 8th Street).Urgent care is an excellent alternative to the long wait at an emergency room, and Premier Care also accepts most insurance.Last Summer, our three year old daughter, Katherine, slipped on a cobble stone near the turf on 3rd Street, ultimately requiring two stitches on her chin. We drove to Premier Care's Queens location, where Dr. D'Amore was gentle and patient with her (she even thanked him was he was done). Kat was treated, and we were back home in just about an hour. This past Winter, my husband, Rob, had a slight fever and bad cough. Again, he visited Premier Care's Queens location, received an instant flu test and chest x-ray, and he left with a prescription in under 45 minutes. We are very happy to finally have them nearby.
