    Comment:  Just wanted to share an awesome free resource with everyone that I've been using and loving. Rachel Lozoff is a truly wonderful pilates instructor who I've been working with on and off for years and she's currently offering free full body pilates workouts through her Daily Body Pilates instagram account https://www.instagram.com/dailybodypilates/ and on facebook https://www.facebook.com/dailybodypilates/She calls them mini sessions but they pack a punch. I wasn't sure if these sessions would work for me, but I totally feel like doing them has made a difference. When I have a small window in my day or night, I escape to the floor in my bedroom for 20 mins and get a great full body workout. You don't need any equipment and her teaching expertise and manner are the best I've come across in years of doing pilates.

    Comment:  Just wanted to send a shout out to my amazing pilates instructor, Rachel. Or as I lovingly think of her as the "MacGyver" of Pilates. She is able to adjust our private sessions to any issue my body might be having which can change from week to week. She is supportive, funny, smart, very well informed about the body, health, nutrition and much more. And as a fellow Brooklyn parent just gets how we as parents have to work on taking care of ourselves amongst a busy stress filled world. She will come to your home so you have no excuse about needing to get to classes or a gym etc.I know a lot of times people are looking for a first hand recommendation vs. just seeing an ad, so I wanted to share her information.

    Comment:  I've been working with Rachel after the birth of my second baby to strengthen my core and lose the baby weight and I have been so happy with the results. I've been to various pilates classes in the past, but can't believe what a difference the one-on-one sessions make. Rachel is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with and I really love the fact that from the first session we started to build a work-out that I could do on my own and that made sense for my schedule. Now I can work out anywhere and at any time and we continue to tweak the routine as needed. I wasn't sure that private sessions were for me, but they have been worth every penny and I feel like I couldn't have gotten to where I am now without them. I highly recommend trying out a session.
