Comment:  Donna has been helpful, supportive, and most importantly, available. She is always in checking in with us and offering practical advice, helpful guidance, and encouragement. She accepts most insurance, including from 1199 SEIU. After giving birth, we had contacted a different lactation consultation who did not have an available appointment for approximately one month; not very helpful when you've just had a newborn.
