I'm Not Receiving Time Out New York Kids

All PSP members get a free subscription to Time Out New York Kids magazine. The magazine is sent to you via US mail at the address you entered on your membership application. Please allow 5 months subscription months after your application is approved for your first QUARTERLY issue of TONYKids to arrive. If you have not received it by then and you know that you entered your address correctly, write to " target="_blank"> . Be sure to include your name and address in your email and tell them that you're a PSP member. They'll help you out.

About half way through your subscription you'll likely receive a "renewal" notice. This is standard practice with magazines. You don't need to do anything about renewing TONYKids other than to renew your PSP membership when your year is up. TONYKids will automatically renew.
