    Mom in Balance is an international outdoor sport program for the different phases of motherhood, with more than 10 years of experience. Mom in Balance offers three different classes :The pregnancy workout, to stay fit and strong during pregnancy,  the "Back in Shape" Workout for after giving birth to actively recover and get fit and in shape again and the Mom in Shape workout which is a high intensity total body workout for all moms with cardio and strength parts to stay fit and get toned!

    Subject:  5 of 8,074 Recommendation: Mom in Balance - small outdoor fitness classes in Park Slope
    Comment:  I'd like to recommend a new outdoor fitness class for moms in Prospect Park. It's called "Mom in Balance" and they offer pre- and postnatal workouts, but also a high intensity total body workout for moms. I have been going to the latter once a week (they meet several times a week and you choose the time that works best for you, mine is Tuesdays, 8pm): it's an hour workout, with a mix of cardio and strength training together with other moms. I feel so much fitter and also love being energized post-workout in the fresh air! In the small groups (we were between 2 and 6 moms training) the trainers (who are also super fit moms :)) were able to pay attention to everyone, point out correct form etc. Super nice way to become fitter - enjoy our beautiful Prospect Park - and connect with other moms.
